Ascend704 Building Tour: “Your Future Workspace”

Step into the near-complete Ascend704 space and begin to envision how it will function as a hub for work, collaboration, and growth. This tour will focus on how different areas will be used; from coworking and meeting spaces to the event center. Gain an understanding of how you and others will engage at Ascend704.
Note: Hard hat and safety vests will be provided and are required while on the jobsite. Must wear closed-toe shoes for safety.

Experience Ascend704 as it nears completion and prepares to open its doors. This tour offers a final walkthrough of the space in its almost-finished state, giving attendees a clear sense of how everything will come together. You’ll see the full layout, key features, and functionality of the space, while also learning about final steps, move-in timing, and upcoming programming. This is an opportunity to get familiar with the space just before it officially goes live.

This is a facilitated conversation series designed to bring together entrepreneurs, business owners, community leaders, innovators, and aspiring founders to share experiences, explore challenges, and learn from one another. Facilitated by attorney and serial entrepreneur Matt Villmer, each Exchange offers authentic conversations, practical insights, and peer-to-peer learning in a collaborative environment.
